How to prepare in the microwave:
For one person 200 ml water or milk
100g buckwheat flakes
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and microwave at full power (700 watts) for 1-2 minutes, adding some salt if desired.
How to prepare in the pot:
For two people 500 ml of water or milk
250g quick oat flakes
Add instant oatmeal to boiling water or milk.
Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally, then cook covered for 2 minutes.
Add some salt to taste.
Also suitable for baking, as it is used naturally for example with yogurt.
Enjoy your instant oatmeal with added fruits, dried fruits or nuts.
