Nature's Land pasta tastes wonderful, and children love it too. This is truly special, as most wholemeal pasta has a poor taste due to the use of old wholemeal flour whose oils have oxidized. This pasta contains rye, a type of old wheat suitable for most people with wheat allergies. We've even found that some Crohn's patients who can't eat wheat bread at all can eat the rye bread we produce at Al-Rahha Bakery in Al-Qadisiyah. Although rye contains gluten, it's a different type than wheat, making it suitable for most people with wheat allergies. Note: bread is different from pasta. Bread is slowly fermented, making it easier to digest and suitable for most people. Pasta, on the other hand, is not fermented, so some people who find rye bread comfortable may not find the same comfort in rye pasta.
