This pure-tasting juice is an aqueous extract of non-sulfur dried plums with no added lemon juice or sugar. One cup of this juice contains the equivalent of 450 grams of fresh plums. All ingredients are listed and no artificial concentrates, flavors or vitamins are added. This juice is sterilized through a special heating process where the juice is rapidly heated to 60-85 degrees Celsius and immediately cooled. Besides killing bacteria and enzymes, this process also preserves vitamins and nutrients that might be lost in traditional pasteurization.
