When can I return or exchange a product?

You have a window of 3 days from the date you received your order to contact us regarding a return or exchange.


What situations are permitted?

  • Damaged or Incorrect Product Received: We sincerely apologize for that! We will cover all shipping costs and will immediately replace the product or issue a full refund.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind and the product is still sealed and in its original condition, you may return it (excluding fresh and perishable foods), and you will only be responsible for the shipping fees.

How do I get my refund?
