This pure tasting juice is an aqueous extract of unsulphured dried plums with no added lemon juice or sugar. One cup of this juice contains the equivalent of 450 grams of fresh plums. All ingredients are listed and no artificial preservatives, flavors or vitamins are added. This juice is sterilized through a special heating process where the juice is quickly heated to 60-85°C and immediately cooled. Besides killing bacteria and enzymes, this process also preserves vitamins and nutrients that may be lost in traditional pasteurization.
